I’ve spent over a decade immersed in embodied practice - including Tantric Buddhism, holistic sexology, trauma alchemy, Rapid Transformational Therapy, and deep meditative and sexual practice. These aren’t “modalities.” They’re transmissions. Empowerments. Ancient technologies that modern women are finally ready to reclaim.
