PULSE is an intimate women’s community devoted to holistic pelvic health, embodied pleasure, and real sex education. Every month, we host curated, hands-on sessions designed to be deeply experiential. This is a space for women ready to transform their relationship with pleasure, through ongoing support, honest feedback, and practices that awaken and heal the body.

  • PULSE is an intimate group of women who come together every month to practice, reflect and share the wisdom of their bodies. This work goes where your husband can’t and your therapist won’t.

PULSE SANCTUM

Your membership includes all past PULSE classes so you can continue your practice throughout the month. Every class is different and includes a wealth of education, wisdom and hands-on practice. The PULSE Sanctum also includes private bonus content, meditations, hypnosis recordings and more. New content is added monthly.
